RETURNS
Our policy does not currently support returns. For hygienic purposes all sales are final. Before completing your purchase, feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have. We cannot honor a refund or exchange for purchased pieces.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
We do not have the capacity to offer refunds at this time. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for full refunds. Send us an email at info@freeoffools.com (type ‘REFUND’ in the subject line) with your concerns. Once 24 hours have passed and your order has been officially processed, we cannot issue a refund. Once your cancellation is approved you will be notified. Refunds will be processed via original payment method. Refund processing time is dependent on banking institution.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Exchanges are NOT excepted under any circumstances for hygienic purposes. Items are replaced if damaged upon arrival, however this should not be the case because each order is checked for quality before packaging. Eligibility for exchanges are dependent upon condition of merchandise, item must be unused, unworn, odorless, and in original packaging. Please note client will bare the shipping fees. We are not responsible for shipping cost on your returned item. Any shipping cost processed through our site is non-refundable. Shipping costs are deducted from intended refund. We suggest that if you are in fact returning a package that you consider using a trackable shipping service because it is not guaranteed that we will receive your intended return.
